- Central library and faculty members here are the best pros.
- Sports fcilitues of this college is very good.
Dislikes
- Not healthy environment for co-ed study , as they restrict you even for walking on the road.
- No fests , or competitions , quizzes etc. Are made to entertain students.
Remarks :
This university was assigned as NAAC A++ in 2023 hence, this was the factor that made me choose this university. We have to take the JEE MAINS exam as an entrance, and the college conducts its counselling process, different cutoffs are set for different branches of B.tech.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course as I have a keen interest in machining as well as the software side. The faculty here is well-experi and well-educated, and each teacher has PhD from a reputed college. Howeve their teaching methods are quite old, as they focus more on the theory part and less on the practical part. Each semester of 6 months has 3 exams, that is 2 mid-semester and one final semester exam including external practical labs. Fees are quite affordable here which is 74,450 rs per year which is constant for 4 years. UP government scholarship is provided here, which can get upto 65000 rs per year.
Internships Opportunities :
No internship opportunities are provided by the college itself , you have to take the internship yourself however 2 months' leave from college is given for internships. College will enhance more if they start providing this too.
Placement Experience :
Placements here are quite low, you have to go off-campus for better offers. Wipro, TCS, TATA etc came here. The highest package of about 20 lpa and the average of about 4 lpa. 75% of students get placed here. I will compete for GATE and do M.TECH
Campus Life :
The only con of this university is no fests are conducted here, only a single annual fest in February is conducted here. The central library here is huge, u can get every type of book related to every topic here. The infrastructure of the classroom is also good. The sports facility here is excellent, the university has its own stadium, tennis , badminton, boxing court, gym However, hostel facilities here are quite affordable that is only 10,050 per year but the food quality and infrastructure are worse.

our course is not for placement , you will get job in many library as per your degree , if you want grad a jobs you have complete PHD in library science . there is no campuss placement in this college for this course . most of student do mlis and UGN net after blis and some of them prepare for government like JNV and asst librarioan posts

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Galgotias University has a high placement rate with the current tenures placement reaching 5500+ job offers. The highest package was 60LPA and the average goes between 5LPA. It's a private college so we can't expect something great we need to manage our studies ourselves . Teachers are quite confused for whatever they teach. The environment is also not that good. I would suggest that you can get a better college from this
