College review of IIIT SURAT
Remarks :
Our college is an institute of national importance, but it has a very small campus. To get into IT SURAT you have to qualify JEE mains examination which occurred in January and April. I scored 96% tile is JEE mains
Course Curriculum Overview :
Electronics and communication engineering have a very vast scope in IT as well as the communication field. Faculties are passed out from reputed colleges like IIT NIT and they are experienced enough to address all the students present in class. There is a gap of 1.5 months between mid-semester and end end-semester examinations. There are no hikes in fees and also no SC at all
Placement Experience :
IT SURAT have its own training and placement cell, So our college provides placement after 3rd year of course but you have to be skilled enough to grab the offer. The highest is 45 lakhs and the average is 9 lakhs. There is around 60 per cent placement occur in the ECE branch
Campus Life :
There is an annual fest called Spring Fiesta occurs in April and fresher events called saanjh occur in December. The library is small but you will get all books related to your branch. Sports activities are managed by our sports club Indominus like cricket Kabaddi volleyball football chess etc. hostel facility is available but far from college ie 12km

Average CGPA should be more than 8. Packages providing will be approx 1.5-3.0 LPA. The placement is about 90%. The packages provided are good and satisfactory. After completing this bachelor's degree I would go for masters degree.

No placements are there . The aveeagw placement in the market is about 1.5 to 4.5 lakhs .As compared to the different field the packages for the freshers are very low . But the faculties based on their refrences they give the opportunity.

All the faculties in the teaching staff are well qualified and give really good guidance for the curriculum and practical knowledge for each and every subject. The faculties also encourage participation in various extra curricular activities to enhance social networking and other skills.

Curriculum is well structured. The faculty members are also very knowledgeable and helpful whenever we need guidance they are always ready to help and exams are taken may times in one sem like we have mid sem 1 and 2 and internal practical and external practical and final end semester exam.

I have selected this course because of placement opportunity. Faculties members are highly qualified and they usually teach using PPT, white board, computer, etc . There is one mid term exam and one gtu exam per semester.
