- Academics here in NITN are less stressful.

- Infrastructure here is not up to the mark.
- Rules and regulations such as In timing are a bit stricter especially for girls.
Remarks :
The only way to get admission for B.Tech at the National institute of technology Nagaland is through Jee Mains. Once we qualify for the examination, we can apply for Josaa counseling to get into IITs and NITs.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculty of the Electronics and Communication Engineering department are quite helpful. The difficulty level of end-semester examinations is easy to medium. The score is evaluated based on internals, mid-semester examinations, and end-semester examinations.
Placement Experience :
Placements in the National institute of technology Nagaland are average. The highest package offered is 13.5CTC for company Vedanta for the 2024 batch. A few visited recruiters are Genpact, Alstom, Deloitte, L&T, etc.
Campus Life :
Various clubs are present here at the National Institute of technology Nagaland under three different boards Cultural, Technical, and Sports. You can be involved in any of the clubs based on your interest. There's an annual techno-cultural fest named Ekarikthin.
