- I like the library because it is air conditioned and very peaceful
Dislikes
- Transportation of university generally leaves from campus at 5pm, even though our classes are over
- infrastructure development is still in progress so it is little inconvenient to go from different routes to our classes
Remarks :
First of all I chose GSFC University because there were positive reviews about it, that I heard from my relatives and seniors. The Pros to take admission are: - State of the art infrastructure (labs, buildings, computers, chemistry and biology labs) - Experienced Faculties (most of the senior faculty are PhD holders) - Equipment and facilities for sports such as Cricket Pitch, Basketball Court, Tennis Table, Board Games - State of the art Gymnasium - Experienced Mentors - Regular Interaction with Dean, Provost and President in which they talk to us about studies, extra curriculum, news of the day, and solves our problems on campus if any. - Affordable Transportation The Cons are: - Infrastructure is still in development so you might face little inconvenience, - University is a little bit far from Vadodara city, so you need to travel.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I Chose Computer Science & Engineering because I had keen interest in AI/ML, And faculty of AI/ML is highly experienced and she had won many awards and author in many famous publication, her way of teaching is just amazing. Infact all faculties are just great at teaching. Exams are regularly conducted and in very strict manner and exams are pretty difficult but you can clear it if studied well enough. There has been no fee hike since last 4 years, fees for B.Tech courses are 55500/semester (including exams fees). Need based and Topper's Scholarship are given to student who really need financial support, also university provides laptop to student whose financial condition is not well and who had scored Excellent in examination. You can do Lab Assistant job for Python or Java or C++
Internships Opportunities :
Yes recently I opted for Data Science Internship and got opportunity at CipherByte Technologies, our faculties arranged different options like development based and research based internship, one of my friend got internship at IIT Jodhpur on research based Task. I got data science internship opportunity in which i learnt machine learning, exploratory data analysis, various python libraries such as Numpy, pandas, scikitlearn. at the company they gave us different tasks based on their requirements and also gave some time to explore about the given topic.
Placement Experience :
Generally eligibility criteria for placements are 7+ cgpa and recruiters like PMC, MRI software and Gateway solution recently screening interview rounds. there is 75% placement rate from last academic year. Highest package from on campus placement drive is 6 LPA at Rishabh Software and minimum starts with 3 LPA at local companies. Average of 80% students are placed every year from different fields. Right now am planning to get full time placement at decent company and package
Campus Life :
Every year our college organizes fest called "ANANTA" which means Infinite and held between March-April. Almost every study material referred by professors are available in the library both soft and hard copy. Harvard Business Review and other journals are present in the library with daily newspaper. Amenities in classroom consists of Projector, Computer, Air Conditioner, Mic and Speaker. Annual sports month is organized which consists of both indoor and outdoor games such as Cricket, Kabbadi, Basketball and Chess and E-sports. Every now and then different student held clubs organizes events such as tug of war, debate, puzzles, games, Blood donation camps, food for needy people, donation of blankets, photography contest. There is excellent mess facility for students and faculty both, with nutritious and clean food, which costs 44760/semester and includes wifi, laundry, regular room cleaning service and also there are PG around the university. registration for hostel is very easy.

Average CGPA should be more than 8. Packages providing will be approx 1.5-3.0 LPA. The placement is about 90%. The packages provided are good and satisfactory. After completing this bachelor's degree I would go for masters degree.

No placements are there . The aveeagw placement in the market is about 1.5 to 4.5 lakhs .As compared to the different field the packages for the freshers are very low . But the faculties based on their refrences they give the opportunity.
