- First thing which i like the most is hostel life that is the best part...hostel is 200 m away from lecture theatre which is helpful to us to reach within 2 min.
- Second most liked thing about college is its faculty member most of them are young so it was quite easy for us to make a friendly relation with them. Everyone had different way of teaching, and everyone is highly qualified. But I faced that sometime 1-2 teacher didn't take class properly.
Dislikes
- Alcohol and weeds...it is quite easy for students to get alcohol and weed near the college and because of that reason at the end of the course most of the students are alcoholic and became smokers. To be honest I had also drunk 3-4 time but controlled myself.
- Two jobs of a teacher I mean you can find the teacher who is taking your lecture is also the warden of your hostel. it is a big problem because sometime if the teacher has two responsibilities, they can perform both in their efficient manner and they have to absent from one the place.
Remarks :
The most important factor that made me choose this college is the prestigious name of Banaras Hindi University. It provides a hostel on the campus for all the students. Hostel fees are very low which helps the students who are suffering from financial issues. All of the teachers are good and friendly. As I got admission on merit based on the entrance test I did not fa any discussions or interviews.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The reason behind choosing this course is I have a great interest in the financial sector which is almost fulfilled by this course. Faculty members are highly qualified and all of them are PhD holders.... although I have seen 1-2 teachers are not good. Mostly all the teachers teach through ppt and projector. Exams were conducted on time and if I talk about the difficulty level, I just want to tell you by studying 1-2 days before the exam I got 70+% because I was preparing for some other exam. Overall, the cost of study is not very high let say you have to pay 2 Lac in 3 years including tuition fees, hostel fees, and mess fees. There are two types of scholarships which is provided to students first if you are a resident of UP then 25,000 per year for 3 years and if you are not resident of UP the NSP which is 10,000 per year for 3 years.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes, the internship is part of our curriculum. In the fifth semester, you have to complete an internship. I completed my internship at Nippon India Mutual Fund where I learned the function of mutual fu after that internship, we had to make an internship report and get signed by the teacher, and after that we had to face a viva to some externals.
Placement Experience :
Yes, various companies came for the placement and some of the people got selected. Most of the students want to pursue an MBA, CA, CS, Govt. job preparation so very few students sat on the placement, the average package is 5 Lac. One of the good plans after this course is an MBA in finance which helps to get deep knowledge in finance and get a good package.
Campus Life :
I don't have words to describe the social life on campus...it was one of the best years of my life. I made more than friends in the hostel they are brothers...We used to play Table tennis, Badminton, cricket, and one of the favourite sports of the hostel Volleyball. As our hostel was built in 2008 its infrastructure is pretty good and almost every kind is facility was available. There were some clubs on our campus like the fintech club but I didn't join any of them so I don't have much idea about that. Overall, a great experience.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
