- I liked the few faculty one who teached is the data structures and one who teached us the artificial intelligence and machine learning subject. They both were very knowledgeable persons . They were known for their work . They helped the students in need with all possible ways . They provided the path to start from where ,how to approach etc.
- The lab has a good facility with all in proper internet connection. If the student have any connectivity issue they can be immediately accompanied by the lab assistants.
Dislikes
- I did not like the attitude of few staff which can't be helped in few situations. They forced to redo the report even with small mistakes . They didn't provide any class or specifications for how to make a report but still expected from us to make a proper report without a single mistake . They wouldn't check from phone . They will point out the mistake only in hard copy. Which costed us more for redoing the report upon correction.
- The will be strict upon fees collection upon delay they will increase the fine by 100 rs per day and also will not permit to the examination hall . They have the control over the hall ticket. The students who obeys them , does all the report and fees payment on time will be allowed . Others will be made to wait for long time.
Remarks :
The admission was of 2 types through merit list and donation quota ( management quota). The first option will be preferred if you have a good score, and the second option is if you have a bad score but have the determination to study well. The first is cheap and the second is an expensive option. I got through the merit list. The merit list is the list of students who applied on the university website. Their scored percentage from 12th will be framed to ranks to decide their preferred college. Good ranks will get top-tier colleges bad ranks will get next-level colleges with remaining seats. I got in 3rd round ( score: 165/200 ).
Course Curriculum Overview :
The cse was good until the arrival of the Aiml era. There were ups and downs in the job market but choosing the right area of work will help you from the downfall. Every college has at least 1 faculty who will help the students in achieving their fullest goals in their interests. My college also had a faculty like that who cared for all children's placements. Considering the job market he took all of his responsibilities to train the students by asking permission from the principal to undertake extra classes after the college for placement training. Also made arrangements to hire private teaching experts to train for the communication and soft skills. So maintain a friendly relationship with all staff without seeing any ego. Every staff will not deny to help if we show interest on our own.
Internships Opportunities :
There are around 7 partnered companies situated inside the campus. They will avail you for internship only through recommendation and performance basis. Many Students more often opt for the internship from offline companies. The students will be accommodated by the placement officer if possible, otherwise, it is the student who should find the internship offer. For example, our mechanical department got an internship at a company in Chennai with a stipend of about 8000 per month.
Placement Experience :
The placement training is provided from the third year and final year. The third year will be provided with more teaching-type classes and the final year will be less teaching and more practicing codes, and projects. The staff will force you to make projects even if you don't want to and have to make reports for them. These projects will be useful in adding it to your resume. The companies will be starting to come from the 7th sem. Initially, they made us attend many off-campus drives to understand the competition. The on-campus placement will be coming from the end semester majorly.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I am a transfer student from Sree Sakthi Engineering College, where they took 50k per year as a fee. I had my first graduate certificate, so I pay 25k less of it which is 25k per year. All the colleges will have this kind of offer. My current college takes 35000 (deduction of 25k from 60k) due to my first graduate certificate. They take 50k as tuition fees, and 10k as additional skill development courses like aptitude, and communication tutoring which adds up to 60k per year. They will also charge 150 per subject in a semester for exams. A semester exam will have an average of 7 subjects 1050 and for lab the same 150. Thus per semester for exams, it will add approx to 1500-2000 ( based on several subjects). They will add any breakage charge if done, but it only occurs on rare occasions.
Campus Life :
The campus life was a good experience. They conduct various kinds of fests for different festivals. And even IV trips will be made arrangements for even semesters. The money arrangements will be contributed by the students. We went to Bangalore in our first year and Ooty in our second year. They will also conduct different sports and fun activities like literature quiz competitions etc. For example, they conducted a quiz on International Water Day about water, painting competitions, etc.
Hostel Facilities :
I am a day scholar, but I have heard from the hostelers that the food. The food here can't be expected to be tasty but edible enough to fill up the stomach, a solution for hunger. Although some say they don't like the food here, but I have still seen them eat platefuls. So you can eat for a certain period. If craving for something delicious. Students sometimes go for canteen food. The rooms are all in good condition with sufficient water and electricity facilities. The students will be made to share a room of 4 students.

Placement Experience :
Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

Placement Experience :
The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college
