Remarks :
The process to enter this college is based on the cut-off mark secured by the student in his/her 12th examinations. With a minimum threshold set, the students will be called for an in-person interview and hence will be finalised for the course. This course usually includes 60 students and not more than that.
Course Curriculum Overview :
My course has been designed and drafted since 2016 and I feel it as outdated because there are more new technologies in my field that we don’t cover in our college. Apart from that, the faculty are very friendly and knowledgeable stating they can help us achieve more trending opportunities as they are up to date with the field requirements.
Internships Opportunities :
Internships in CIT are a wide opportunity. Ranked as a top college in Coimbatore and around districts, companies visit every year to pick up all the students to develop their companies. Our alumni are scattered around worldwide in big corporations providing good quality services.
Placement Experience :
The placements in CIT are about 80% and the rest 20% of the set is settled by doing business. The students are placed country-wide in various corporates yielding better packages and developing their companies.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees for the course have to be paid semester-wise. Odd semesters usually have a bit more cost than even semesters. The course fees start at 65000 for the first Sem and gradually increase to end up with 74000 in the 10th semester. Apart from the usual Semester fee, exam fees had to be paid before the end semester examination started which ended up with a maximum of 4000. There are no extra scholarships offered by the college, every student has to pay the whole fees

Life at CIT is vibrant and offers a balanced mix of academics and extracurricular activities. CIT has a close-knit student community where friendships are often formed through shared academic challenges and extracurricular activities. The campus hosts different types of activities throughout the year by every department including technical feasts, cultural feasts and sports opportunities which offer students ample opportunities to socialise and build connections
Hostel Facilities :
CIT offers well-maintained hostels. The hostels are designed to provide a comfortable environment for studying and living. The rooms are typically shared, with options for double/triple sharing occupancy. They come with basic amenities like beds, study tables and wardrobes. Each hostel is equipped with common areas like study rooms, TV rooms and recreational areas. The mess provides nutritious and delicious food, catering to the diverse tastes of students. Typically, the hostel application process starts after you receive your admission confirmation. you will need to fill out the hostel confirmation form offline on the hostel campus. Rooms are allocated based on availability and FIFO order, you may also choose your partner if both parties agree.

Placements are given in high reputed companies, even companies like Microsoft, IOS, intel are also collaborated with the college. And for animation they provide placement in" Toonz Animation, Techno park, Thiruvananthapuram.

Placement Experience :
Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

Placement Experience :
The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The faculty of this college is good there are strick and the curriculum are good and every one in the college will face 2 test before the main exam internal test one and internal test 2 are the two test and practical will be taken place a side

The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college

College providers many placement to the students if you know arrears we should we have eligible to the placement and highest packages 21 lakh per annum and the average packages 9.5 lakhs per annum the minimum package is 4 lakhs per annum
