  • have earned a bachelor's degree in the United States equivalent from a recognized Indian university with at least 55% marks

  • possess at least three years of full-time (paid) professional job experience in a subject related to the proposed topic of study
  • be knowledgeable about leadership and community service
  • not hold another degree from a US university or be enrolled in a degree program in the US
