The Bachelor of Medical Science and Doctor of Medicine is a 5 years long course. The first two years of the course are campus based and the last three years will be community and hospital based. Monash university allows the students to study medical course after completing Class XII. The MD program focuses mostly on workshops, lectures, seminars. The course also gives exposure to healthcare environment to develop skills.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

International students who are applying for this course, firs have to complete VCE (Victorian Certificate of Education). The students should also have Science subjects in Class XII. The stem subjects include Chemistry, Biology, Physics. The candidates should also have to submit IELTS (7.0 band), PTE (65) and TOEFL iBT (94) as English language score. International students also have to register for ISAT (International Students Admissions Test). For the test, candidates have to visit - https://isat.acer.edu.au/. The candidates also have to clear University Clinical Aptitude Test (UCAT) along with ISAT. The selected candidates also have to attend online interview for getting residency status during the course.
