The four main fields of the Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology degree are cultural anthropology, biological anthropology, linguistic anthropology, and archaeology. These fields together give students a comprehensive, integrated understanding of the subject. Graduates with an anthropological background will be particularly well-equipped to discuss the big concerns of multiculturalism, globalization, and cultural heritage in the context of the greater human experience. The research, analysis, and scientific reasoning techniques that set anthropology apart as an interdisciplinary field within the social sciences will also be cultivated in this program.
