The Policy & Strategy major covers a wide range of topics, including corporate governance, top management team dynamics, organizational ecology, interorganizational networks, organizational and institutional change, and for-profit and not-for-profit organizations and their industrial and institutional environments. Pupils will gain a range of competencies that will enable them to conduct independent field research as well as critically assess theory and research regarding organizations and their environments.
