The goal of the BCIT Advanced Diploma in Business Management program is to give students a foundational understanding of business to support their knowledge and training in other subject areas. Students will learn about basic business concepts in this program, such as accounting, economics, marketing, human resource management, and operations. Graduates are equipped to take on leadership roles in a variety of fundamental business domains, contribute to them, and use their past education and experience to start their own businesses.
