Fulfill the prerequisites for entry:
- English: two years of instruction in the language in a nation where the language is spoken, along with one of the following:
- 3.0 credits of post-secondary English, humanities, or social science (67%), from an accredited institution, or English Studies 12 (67%), English First Peoples 12 (67%), or other appropriate courses from British Columbia and Yukon
- Post-secondary: any of the subsequent options
- A diploma in architectural and building technology from BCIT or a comparable degree from another Canadian institution with: A minimum of 70% on architectural technology courses and 60.0 credits in architectural technology or related courses
