The Healthcare Management Program is intended for students, both domestic and foreign, with prior experience in the healthcare industry who want to advance their post-secondary education and move into management positions in developing healthcare environments in Ontario and Canada. Key program areas include understanding patient needs, sociocultural factors, behaviors, and health services information. These understandings will help students gain new skills in leadership, HR management, conflict resolution, and strategic thinking.
