A good college with affordable fees

What I Liked

Teachers are very good. They know what they teach and they are very understanding and trustful.
Campus life is very enojable. Many events are held in the college.

What I didn’t like

Surrounding of the college is not good. It is full of dense trees and not cleaned. Full of mosquitoes which evening shift students face.
Infrastructure is very old and no modern technology is adopted by the college.

Placement Experience:

There is no placement in the college. If you by luck gets a company that year in the college they will only give tele caller post. So i have gone for higher studies. Currently doing my M.com from burdwan university.

Internships Opportunities:

No I haven't get any internship in my time. I have asked my juniors also. They are saying the same thing. They didn't get any internship opportunities from the college. One company do came for placement but selected only 1 girl for customer service post which she said she is dealing with phone calls.

Our college has highest placement history. We have best privet company for placement. Our college has 30% placement record.
And teachers are good so no problem about placement. Just focus on your studies

The fabulous burdwan Raj college

What I Liked

The college campus is too big and I love it.
I also love the science building. It has everything to do practical classes.

What I didn’t like

No, I don't have any disliking things for my college.

Placement Experience:

I don't think college do placements. If the students know their subjects very well then they will surely get job in future. I will do master degree and PhD in English subject. After that I will go for UGC NET exam.

Burdwan RAJ COLLEGE REVIEW

What I Liked

I can say it's amazing college campus with a big playground. You will enjoy your sports experience along with study.
One more thing that is famous in this college is annual function. In burdwan town, Raj College's annual fest is very popular and you can expect great artist from all over India in every year. Last year Nikhita Gandhi was special guest but for weather problem it was cancelled but she will come on this year along with more artist. The fest held for 3 days. Every department and hostel make their stalls in college fest. Overall it will be a very enjoyable and memorable 3 days of your college life.

What I didn’t like

Some time there are lack of development on infrastructure of this college. This college's infrastructure is very good but you can see the maintaining problems.
There are no problems in faculty but the list for the college admission released for a long with many list. So your name can be came after a long time, and if you admitted in another College and then see you got a chance on this college, after that you will face some problems to cancel the admission of the correct college and admit on this college. Some times the refunding of previous college may occurs etc.

Placement Experience:

There are one-time campusing in every year. If you are deserving one you will get good campusing from this college. But the genuine answer there is no transparency in placement and job opportunities. You will face a lack of campus in this college.

Internships Opportunities:

I didn't opt for any internship, and genuinely said it may be a major problem for this college if you want an internship opportunity from this college. You will face a lack of this opportunity from this college.

My very own opinions about my College

What I Liked

Campus, the faculty is really decent I already said.

What I didn’t like

Infrastructure are not as good as I expected the work should be done quickly.

Placement Experience:

Yes, there a decent types of placements which are good for students but I prefer off-campus placements where I will get more opportunities, yes there I have to do some really hard work but it's ok to work hard if I want to settle in future in the best condition.

Internships Opportunities:

No there are no internship opportunities in the college. I will try to do some internships but can not compete with the market. Recently I have enhanced my skills to get more internship opportunities so that I get some experience too about the IT sector.

We useed to study in government collage we don't even have placements of employment or plan after getting graduate but we have many scope out side of the collage we have some other offices and carrier

A good college at very affordable fee.

What I Liked

I appreciate the diverse community at my college, which allows me to interact with people from various backgrounds and cultures. The supportive faculty and resources available for academic and personal development also contribute to a fulfilling learning experience.
Additionally, the campus environment and extracurricular activities provide ample opportunities for growth and exploration outside the classroom

Placement Experience:

According to the 2021 batch of B.Com (H): Around 70% of students were placed in our course. The highest package provided to students is 6.2 Lakh per annum and the lowest package is 2 Lakh per annum. Top recruiting companies like KPMG, PWC, Deloitte, TCS, and Private Banks like Kotak, ICICI, etc are coming for recruiting. 20-22% of students got an internship in TCS and 30% of companies got in Accenture.

Internships Opportunities:

I haven't done an internship, but there are various opportunities available through our college's career services office. They offer internships in various fields such as technology, finance, marketing, and more. I'm currently exploring my options and considering what aligns best with my career goals.

My experience at the Burdwan Raj college

What I Liked

I didn't like the collage. It was just i didn't have no choice.

What I didn’t like

There are so many dislikes but the most frustrated thing was i will say is they provide very late results of examination.

Placement Experience:

There is no campus placement. In this college, they don't provide campus placement but sometimes they provide where students can go for interviews and most of the interviews are off-campus.

What I Liked

College is very good student is very good faculties are very good placement facilities are good campus is great whether is too good everything is decent in our college.
Everything is good in our college you cannot a course now or college and you should not regretted.

What I didn’t like

There are no such is likes about my college everything is good about my college the campus is great the seniors also helpful the professor so great then we helpful.
If you were willing to get a good college life join our college.

Placement Experience:

There are not has such job facility or placement facility in our course. But we had internship facility as we are zoology honour students we go to the forest for the internship. The eligibility criteria is you have to pass the first two semester exams. Dadar courses have a great facility a placement and internships very big companies are coming for college. My passion is teaching so I opt b.Ed course for my father studies and my career.

Internships Opportunities:

I have after an internship in the forest office. We all the students go to forest office for the internship and collect various species and mention them in the college in the forest register. The internship period was very good and remain with me for my whole career.
