I'm keenly interested in English literature from a very early age and I couldn't think of a better place than Shillong to pursue my bachelor's and at last, it's worth it. The faculties are top-notch with a commendable experience on the esteemed field. They are quite friendly and easily approachable. Their broad mentality and effective teaching(through assignments and presentations) methods have only fostered our overall learning experience. They hold highly recommended degrees such as PhD and MPhil. The semester exams are held after every 4-5 months and the internal and practical exams commence 30-40 days before the semester exams.

I chose this course i.e history because in my 12th standard history was the subject i scored the highest so it gave me the confidence to go along Because i was really hesitant on which subject to choose before

I chose sociology as my major because this subject will be helpful for my future planning and also will help me to know about the social aspect of society ,social relationships and helps in understanding individuals

The course curriculum at lady keane college is well structured covering both theoretical knowledge and practical aspects ensuring a solid foundation in the chosen field i chose my course based on the personal interest and the college’s strong academic reputation
