What I Liked

I liked the way faculty taught us theory and proper practical for Better understanding.

What I didn’t like

There was so many event's as it's was a college of media and arts which somewhere distracted from studies

Placement Experience:

They had given internship opportunities to the Every student. As it was based on the marks but asian school understands that sometimes marks are not the only thing which describes student that why they provided internships to every student to build there self confidence

Remarks:

Media school and it was really great college and yes there was test after applying for the college. This is the basic steps followed by the institute for admissions also after clearing test there was a telephonic interview which you have to clear then you'll be getting admission.

Amity University Review

What I Liked

College infrastructure is good and vast also.
Campus life is good , you'll get shops inside campus

What I didn’t like

It's too big , sometime you need to walk a lot
Some mishaps also happen around campus .

Placement Experience:

there is no specific eligibility to sit for placements, it's on the company what will be the criteria. Few companies that visited are Republic Bharat India, aaj tak, Zee Media. Highest package is 8 lac and average is 3.5 lac.

Remarks:

Amity is well known in noida , and it is nearby to my home so that's why I choose this college . There is a interview for admission and a written test also in some cases . I just need to prepare on some topics given my them and record and send it to them .

My Journey of Amity

What I Liked

Our campus is a really beautiful place and the infrastructure is just marvelous
Our faculty is so welcoming and friendly that we can go to them for whatever problem we're facing and they will for sure help us as much as they can

What I didn’t like

As for now there's nothing I can say that I dislike about my college because I dearly adore my decision to be a part of Amity

Placement Experience:

As I said earlier our classes are not just about theoretical knowledge but they take us to field visits and also encourage us to work on our skills our mentor always provides us with many opportunities to prove ourselves in front of the world.

Remarks:

As I mentioned earlier I'm enrolled in the 3 continent course so in general we get more exposure than the other students we attend many seminars and we interact with so many people. In future also 3 continent course has many advantages and it gives a good impression on our resume.

Pioneering education , inspiring success .

What I Liked

Things I liked about my college was the college life and the variety of people you get to meet from different states , different backgrounds . Friends you make in your college time and things you learn from them . I guess college life makes you get prepared for the world .
Inside campus facilities like parlour , stationary shop , canteen and restaurants like dominos , Amul , cafe coffee day etc. Medical facilities are good inside the campus . Security is quite tight which is a plus point .

What I didn’t like

Things I did not like about my college was Dirty washrooms and no separate lift for students . Even during times when students were unwell we were forced to use stairs . Which is not fair for students at all . I remember I was having fever one day and I requested the lift person to let me inside the lift . He did allow me after pleading him so much and took my id card saying that he will give it back once we reach the floor . But at the end he did not give me my card and rather lodged a complaint against me saying that a student used the lift . This is actually very disappointing and disrespectful.
Students were not given that much opportunity to showcase their talent. Lots of politics use to happen during selection of any position in any of the clubs . I myself faced this .

Placement Experience:

Campus placement was offered but as I said the companies that were coming were not good so I did not sit for the placement. I am rather applying for paid internships on my own as a content writer role. The eligibility criteria for placement were to pass all exams and have good conversation skills. I wish to work as an intern and understand what I want to do next and then apply for a master's. It is very important to know in what field you want to do a master's in many students make the mistake of applying for a master's randomly and not thinking properly

Remarks:

There was no written test, group discussion, or interview when I applied for this college. Factors that made me choose this college were college life and the promise of industry-visit media students would get. We did not get as much as we were promised. Our one semester was supposed to be for 6 months and after after end of the semester exams were held for about a month. Gradually the semester duration decreased and the fees were the same. We tried questioning the authorities but no answer was given from their side.
