ITS DENTAL COLLEGE

What I Liked

in most dental colleges students have a difficult time integrating the studies of the first two years and the last two years. However, at ITS things are different. Here, the students are made aware of the clinical aspects of dentistry from their first week itself in the form of clinical postings and early induction programs.
Students are posted in the clinical departments of the hospital from their first week itself so that they can get hands on experience of working with patients early on. This is unique in ITS Dental College. The students get clinical experience and patient exposure from their first week itself.

What I didn’t like

The male to female ratio is very low, but that is the story of most Dental colleges nowadays. in our batch among 100 students, Only 18 students are male and the rest are female.

Placement Experience:

The direct placement and job opportunities are very good. Many prestigious Hospital chains and clinics such as Fortis, Max, clove, dental clinics, and Apollo are some examples of direct recruiters from the ITS Dental campus. The average annual packages of fresh interns are 15,00,000/- per annum. Apart from this the ITS graduates often get jobs at the private specialty dental clinic of ITS itself.

Internships Opportunities:

Many prestigious hospital chains and companies offer direct jobs and placements from the ITS dental College campus such as, Fortis, Max, Apollo, and Clove dental clinic. fresh BDS graduates, are offered opportunities and jobs by the campus, and they are even paid handsome amounts in the form of stipends.

What I Liked

I like the campus, library, Labs infrastructure and Faculties.
I like the strict behavior of all the faculties and staff towards discipline

What I didn’t like

One thing i don't like is mess food especially
Also i don't like the combination of our college uniform it's actually little bit bland kind

Placement Experience:

It's a medical field so there's no such placement system but you will be provided with 1 year paid internship. But college will help in getting you a good hospital for practice.

Internships Opportunities:

As I said it's included in our course it's compulsory to do a 1-year internship in which you will get paid monthly it will be around 2500 per month it might sound less but the amount of practical knowledge you will get will be very vast.
