Best college for Medical Education

Placement Experience:

After MBBS it is not eligible as you must prepare for NEET PG but once MD is done hospitals will start looking for doctors for doctor patient ratio. Percentage of students getting placement in mbbs colleges is almost 100%

Internships Opportunities:

Yes I have opted for ICMR STS internship project which is unpaid. Other than that after completion of MBBS the stipend for internship of college ranges from 5000-20000. There are various gene experiment programmes and projects ongoing.

What I Liked

Stone bench is a nice and comfortable place to sit
Study hall is a quiet area to study but it does close by 9 30

What I didn’t like

Poor campus with barely operational hospital
No extra curriculars inside campus except for basketball and volleyball

Placement Experience:

There are no placement opportunities There is a mandatory internship period for a year and a half that you will get a nominal stipend for. There are strict compliance rules regarding housing All first years must stay in the hostel

Internships Opportunities:

Internship is mandatory with only a 6000 stipend per month. There are very few patients so internship does not offer very high exposure to actual practice. Very few departments are actually occupied at full capacity

AVMC- The Best among Deemed Colleges

Placement Experience:

It’s MBBS so Job and placement is pretty much guaranteed. Of course you have to complete Atleast MD. Usually after completion of MD 3.5LPM is what an average doctor receives after that is up to how you work your way up in public/private sector

Internships Opportunities:

Internship is available under many projects and as well as after completion of course. Some projects are gene variation and pooling, drug development, student sleep cycles, etc. the students and faculty are both involved with this. Stipend in internship is Rs.20000-40000.
