  • For admission to integrated dual degree Ph.D. program, candidates must have a BE/B.Tech/M.Sc degree with an academic score of 8.0 CGPA to be eligible for admission to the program. The admission cutoff depends on the scorecard of GATE and NET.
  • Ph.D. admission in engineering is granted to candidates who have a ME/M.Tech. degree or has done the Junior Research Fellowship/ Senior Research Fellowship in CSIR-CEERI or AICTE-INAE-Teachers Research Fellowship Scheme. Admission to this course is based on Interviews and are based on qualification.
  • MTech Admission is granted on the basis of GATE scores as well as entrance exams conducted by the institute. The eligibility criteria for admission is candidates must score CGPA>8.0 from CFTI and also valid marks in GATE or NET examination.
  • Final selection of candidates in Integrated Ph.D. (M.Tech. + Ph.D.), Direct Ph.D. (Engineering), and Ph.D. (Science/ Engineering) programs support the scores obtained within the Entrance Test/ Interview conducted by the Institute or the other national exam like INSPIRE, CSIR-JRF/ CSIR-UGC-NET.
