Selected for the system engineer role from Infosys Through the training given by tns india foundation from college Iam able to crack a job I have done projects on shopping mall management system and credit card fraud detection using machine learning

What I Liked

I like the college nature first it's more greenery and college timings and i would like to say that main block ia most beautiful building
we have good faculty for teaching and making us perfect

What I didn’t like

there is no dislikes of our college team
May be in parking area there would be a shed for parking

Placement Experience:

The placements are good opportunities are more. Eligibility is max all clear of subject for few companies and according to company requirements the college will take decision takes the highest package is 10 lakh and average is 2lakh

Internships Opportunities:

Only people who got selected in the campus interview they will got the internship choice and offer letter i have done 3 projects one is dog coin prediction second is smart traffic control using ai 3 is sign language decetion.

What I Liked

environment and nature of the college is very peaceful and lovely
Faculty of the college are very friendly and supportive

What I didn’t like

I don't like the Rules of the college they very strict
Fest are not that much intresting that means no night fest and no outsiders are allowed

Placement Experience:

Eligibility criteria for placements are no backlogs should be there Visited recruiters are zithara smartED offers i made is Zero 70% of students getting placements My planning after getting degree is getting a Job

Internships Opportunities:

No I made intership in code alpa There is no stipand for that Only they provide certificates They give some mini task So we have to complete that task and post in linkedin by mentioning them After completion of the given task they send a mail to receive our certificate

The faculty is highly qualified, providing strong mentorship, industry exposure, and practical learning opportunities. Campus life is dynamic, with cultural fests, technical events, student clubs, and extracurricular activities that promote holistic development. Regular guest lectures, workshops, and internship opportunities ensure students are well-prepared for their careers. What I didn’t like

While Sri Indu College has many strengths, there are some areas that could be improved. One concern is infrastructure maintenance, as some students feel that certain facilities, like labs or hostels, need better upkeep and modernization.
Another aspect is campus connectivity, as transportation options to and from the college could be more efficient for students commuting from distant areas. Additionally, some students feel that placement opportunities could be expanded with more reputed companies participating in recruitment drives. Improving these aspects would enhance the overall student experience and make the college even better.

Internships Opportunities:

No I haven't joined any internships But soon I may join one If I have to join an internship I would choose internships based on my course As of now I am just working on my stream and doing the projects

What I Liked

the college infrastructure is not so discussabel only the admiring place is the fountain or so called sri indu tomb which lokes good and all the other things are pretty normal
campus life is good beacuse of freienda and staff is very supportive for creative things whoich made my college life very good

What I didn’t like

i do not like the caneen as the ambiencve is not good and the hygiene is not so good and the food is worst and they also take extra money more than mrp always
the college never supports for fests annual day they just conduct it for sake but they do not give money or do not support anythging like other colleges if your a person who want to enjoy in the college evenets who can choose another easily

Placement Experience:

the placements are very bad in our college the avg package is 500000 but only most big companies come for non IT jobs like sales and marketing while IT jobs are offered from start up's which are not upto the mark packages and internships are also provided only for software engineer role there are no placements or internships for data scienec or AI or ML students

Internships Opportunities:

yes i have opted for an internship as a software developer in a start up named ZITHARA AI which offersd me a package of 6 lpa but for first 3 months no stiped is paid then for next two months 15k permonths is paid after that i will get a offer letter consisting of 6 lpa package

The Reality

What I Liked

I like the fact that the college is huge and the library is good as we can borrow books from the library to study.
The atmosphere of the college is good and the canteen offers various food items.

What I didn’t like

The classrooms are non AC and is too hot during summers.
The teachers are not knowledgeable and they lack subject knowledge.

Placement Experience:

The eligibility criteria is not perfectly announced to the students but the placement percentage is too low..In the year 2023 there were only 60 students got placements and rest of them were not placed in any company.

Internships Opportunities:

I haven't opted for any internships as I had not got any opportunity to join an internship through college. The college is less supportive to the students.The local companies and GENPACT ,Cognizant and IKEA offer little number of jobs.

What I Liked

I like college campus and environment the staff are friendly
Good infrastructure and good maintenance by college

What I didn’t like

No relaxing in campus and not supposed too walk around the campus
The college gates are closed by 10 am some time it irritates me

Placement Experience:

The college got some placement companies like tcs, tech mahindra, accenture, Infosys etc.. the college brings companies we have to grab it with our skills the complete guidance is provided by the staff the step by step process and they alert us

Internships Opportunities:

No internship are provided till now may be in feature they provide. they send some company whose provides internships the faculty provides registration links to enroll for that if we eligible we get internship

Opinion on my college

What I Liked

Infrastructure is awesome only from outside but from inside it's yuck. Bloody old buildings and no cleanliness
Campus Life is all about friends. So only positive thing is we get friends who matches to our vibes.

What I didn’t like

Evrything mainly no campus placements at this college. They say it we have but reality is different compared to what they say.
We don't have experience faculty. They are just present with no knowledge. I think students have more knowledge on subject than faculty

Placement Experience:

Coming to placements we don't know what the placement process is because we don't get companies as many as other colleges get. We have only one campus block which is combined for both the institution. So their is no sufficient place to all . Join other colleges please instaed of this . If no campus drives then go and search offcampus .

Internships Opportunities:

Till now I didn't get any internships opportunity. We don't get also . Waste of time by believing to our college . They say but they don't implement what they say.i think students should search other campus instead of this for their bright future. I kindly suggest you people to not join if you want beautiful memories.

Our college is having very good placements also with internships, my college is having the tieups with MNC'S and also with startup companies and having 90 percent placing ration and some students will go for the masters in abroad

I have opted for internship by the companies by taking interviews and conducting technical exams and also considering our communication skill to get an internship I love the college because of the placement ratio

Mainly I like in my campus that gopuram it means structure of my college.
And we have some of friendly faculty in my college.

What I didn’t like

They will collect hugely regular sem fee and for supplies sem fee.
We didn't have such a good freedom in our college.

There was less placements and internship. But sometimes we have opportunities we able to grab it but in my college they give only less opportunity to only class toppers not for others that is the mainly.

No I don't get any opportunity in my college of internship are placements.I didn't get any opportunities in my college not only me there my friends didn't get the opportunities for placements or internship.
