Among the B.Tech options, CSE, AI and ML, and Data Science receive the highest demand. Computer Science and Business Systems combines subjects from engineering and management. Students from different branches may also take minor programmes in IoT, AI and ML, or Cyber Security.

VBIT Admission Process

Entrance exam scores and TSCHE counselling form the main route to VBIT. TS EAMCET is used for regular B.Tech admission, TS ECET applies to lateral entry, TS PGECET is accepted for M.Tech and TS ICET is used for MBA.

B.Tech Admission

VBIT divides its B.Tech intake between Category A and Category B. TSCHE fills 70% of the intake under Category A through centralised web counselling based on TS EAMCET ranks. The remaining 30% falls under the Category B management quota.

  1. Students must pass 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or PCB. The minimum aggregate is 45%, reduced to 40% for SC and ST applicants.

A bachelor's degree in any stream with at least 50% is required. TSCHE admits students through TS ICET rank-based counselling. Applicants holding valid CMAT or MAT scores can also seek admission through the management quota.
