My college diaries

What I Liked

Everything about my college is great at first my college was at different branch which I didn't liked much but luckily only after 2 month's they shifted to another branch which was quite big and was having good ventilation which was the major thing needed
Faculties where also friendly and treated us like there friends. I still remember they used to celebrate birthdays, fest, programmes with us even helped us with the exams

What I didn’t like

Nothing much just the canteen which doesn't provide different items

Placement Experience:

My college is famous for it's placements. We got the chance to give interviews for many different companies from congnizent, Genpact, Deloitte, Accenture, concentrix and many other. Luckily I even got selected in one.

Remarks:

I got admission in this college based on my 12th gpa I have to select three colleges for admission and I wrote annie Besant as my first choice. The college will select based on gpa so they found me suitable for there college. I even got recommendation from my family members who have completed there degree from this college

My experience at Annie Besant

What I Liked

The faculty is high qualified and well educated
Many extracurricular activities conducted

What I didn’t like

Outdated infrastructure which seem like some facilities were very old
Very little exposure to internships and practical interactions

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is a 3 year graduate course I was told to choose this course since I had much interest in improving my computer skills this course would also help in getting a tech career the faculty is extremely supportive and helpful the term exams for every sem were considered twice

Remarks:

I applied to this college on their website I was in a group discussion with some students on a level basis we even gave some feedback to the college before getting the admission the college also provided some group discussions with our faculty

can go to this college only if you want the degree:)

What I Liked

1) the faculty. they are very experienced in their own fields
2) the curriculum that they have selected is very easy and compressed for students to understand and learn

What I didn’t like

1) the baseless formalities to write 100-160 pages of assignments which they very well know is not being written by the students themselves

Placement Experience:

the placements allotted are pretty much average I must say and the salary is also very average a student who has been working hard for years should not get a 2.4L package I guess. many students get placements from our college every year. more than 70 students got jobs this year from a course.

Remarks:

1. It was a girl's college 2. it is near to my house 3. It had the course that I wanted to opt for. as many of the colleges around me do not have this course yet hence I decided to go for this college. no there was no group discussion no interviews they just collected a few certificates and some money for reserving your seat
