Affiliated to the Savitribai Phule Pune University, Ness Wadia College of Commerce was established in 1949. This NAAC Accredited college is a private institute, offering a range of courses in Management, Commerce and Vocational Skills. The college was ranked at 34 for Commerce by Outlook, in 2024.

A two-year BBA program, offered in 4 specialisations, is a popular course at this college. Eligible candidates must appear for the MAH Common Entrance Test, compulsorily. The fees of this program is based as per SPPU guidelines.

Placement Drive at Ness Wadia College of Commerce in 2023 witnessed 100+ companies visiting the campus for recruitment. Students from finance received the maximum job offers. More than 200 students were placed. The highest CTC recorded was INR 7.6 LPA, while the average CTC recorded was INR 4.2 LPA.
