IBS Pune offers PGPM in 12 specialisations, namely, Advertising and Media, Banking, Insurance & Financial Services, Business Analytics, Digital Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing, Operations, IT and Systems, and International Business. Admissions to this course are based on the candidate’s graduation scores and their CAT/GMAT/NMAT/XAT/IBSAT Rank. Selection of candidates is done based on a Micro Presentation, followed by a Personal Interview. The total intake of the program is 300-500 seats, depending on the specialisation. The total fees of this program is Rs 9.09 Lakhs.

Scholarships at IBS Pune are awarded to meritorious students from the following categories: IBSAT top performers, wards of defence and paramilitary personnel, wards of IBS alumni and physically disabled students. IBS offers INR 2 Lakhs scholarships to the top candidates in each category of IBSAT, CAT, NMAT by GMAC, XAT, and GMAT test scores, with 500 scholarships available for eligible candidates. Students may also avail educational loans.

In 2025 IBS Pune Placement Drive witnessed 99% of the students being placed. The highest CTC was recorded at INR 16.42 Lakhs, while the average CTC was recorded at INR 7.95 Lakhs.
