Situated in Pune, Kirloskar Institute of Management was established by the Kirloskar Group in 2010. AICTE accredited, the institute is also a member of the AACSB. IIRF ranked KIM Pune at 75 for Management in 2024.

KIM Pune’s PGDM program is offered in full-time, residential mode. Candidates may choose to pursue a core or dual specialisation in Marketing Management, Financial Management, Human Resource Management, Business Analytics, and Industry 4.0/Operations Management.
Candidates should have completed graduation with 50%, in addition to scoring qualifying marks in CAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT, MAT, ATMA and MAHCET. The selection process involves the candidate being evaluated on the basis of their Aptitude Test scores, case based group discussion/study and finally, a personal interview. The total fees for this two-year program is Rs 12.60 Lakhs, which includes Tuition fee, Boarding and Lodging fee, administrative fee and a refundable deposit.

Life at KIM Pune is comfortable with facilities like hostels, gym, library, modern classrooms, computer lab, canteen and sports facilities present on-campus, for students. Scholarships at KIM Pune are awarded based on merit. Candidates with a 95+ percentile in CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/MAT get a ₹1,00,000 scholarship, and those with 90-95 percentile get ₹60,000.

KIM Pune Placement Drive witnessed 98% of the students being recruited in 2024. 40% of the students were placed by the Big 4 and other leading firms. The highest CTC recorded was INR 18 LPA, while the average CTC was recorded at INR 8.5 LPA. More than 200 recruiters were present on-campus, including reputed organisations like Kent RO, ITC Limited, ICICI Bank, Godrej, HDFC Bank, Accenture, CapeGemini, Deloitte, KPMG, LoReal, Ernst & Young, Honeywell, Amazon and Airtel.
