Pune Institute of Business Management offers a full-time MBA and PGDM program. The duration of the MBA and PGDM program is 2 Years.

PGDM is the flagship program at PIBM. The AIU has provided the PGDM program at PIBM as equivalent to an MBA degree.

PIBM PGDM and MBA Admission 2025 Eligibility

To be eligible for PGDM and MBA admission at PIBM, candidates must have completed the Indian formal education program under the 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 system.
The candidate must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in 10th, 12th, and the Graduation.

Ques. What is the eligibility for admission to PGDM and MBA courses at the Pune Institute of Business Management?

Ans. MBA and PGDM candidates at Pune Institute of Management must have completed an Indian formal education course under the 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 system with a minimum of 60% in 10th, 12th, and Graduation. The scores of the CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/ATMA/PMAT will determine admission to PIBM's management course. Candidates who get shortlisted must attend a GD, PI, and WT.

What I Liked

Faculty is something you can like as they are understanding and even smart people, mentors assigned can also be helpful, it all depends who you are assigned to.
The view and environment is great, it is situated in the middle of a valley

What I didn’t like

The timings, you cannot upskill yourself on your own because the college will keep you trapped in the college for as long they want
No support from the college, if you want to try something new learn something new they will tell you that opportunities will be provided but nothing will happen

Remarks:

I chose this college as my CAT scores weren't that good, and I had very little idea of the college I could get in that percentile, I found this college through a marketing website, in desperation I selected the college. They have a written test named PMAT, everyone passes that and it's a very bad exam where one or two questions are blank, options are blank, I had a group discussion and interview as well, but none of that matters, what matters is if you have 50,000 registration fees or not

What I Liked

Campus location is the best thing because of its view.
The faculty are really experienced except few .

What I didn’t like

There is a lot of pressure for the students
The events held are not very grand and campus is also not very huge

Remarks:

The college location is the key factor to choose it because Pune is a hub of companies. To take admission they consider the entrance exam,if any, otherwise they have their own exam PMAT. Clearing which there is GDPI.

What I Liked

The infrastructure is so good and bounded with greenery make you feel good and availability of things is also there
Sport and extra curricular activities are also very good

What I didn’t like

Sometimes the food that provided in hostel is not up to the mark
Life is good in this college but the wheather here is so unpredictable so this may be issue for some student

Remarks:

Placements and infrastructure are all facilities that motivated me to take admission while taking admission I went through 2 rounds of Group Discussion and a personal interview after that one online test college.

Faculties are very helpful. They are always ready to solve doubts
Classes are top notch. Provide all the amenities

What I didn’t like

Food of the canteen is below average and Maharashtrian taste
Campus should have been big. Work on infrastructure

Remarks:

The location of Pune is known as Oxford of the East. So basically Roi of the college is decent compared to its peers. Yes, the college conducts Gd and Pi for the selection process. You should be good at communication and it's easy to crack. Just stay up to date with the latest news.

Honest Review of PIBM by student

What I Liked

Infrastructure is not that much as shown in the pictures ,
Finance faculty are guest faculty everytime they have different facilities

What I didn’t like

Canteen food they charge 100 rs for Lunch for non hostolers
They don't have own playground they have only 1 turf

Remarks:

Counsel will contact you after filling details on college website then shared all details about college and admission process, not required any exam test (cat , xat , snap etc) college have own entry test but it's an formality they will give you admission (Direct Admission )

Mh cet was only one which I given while taking admission you can also contact college for knowing which other exam are there to take the admission but mh cet is easy then other exams as I think depend on you if you want to try for other colleges also you must take advice..
