Course wise it is better to choose architecture here.faculties of the college is also good. I have never faced any issue on teaching. Term exam is not hard to crack, you can easily catch up the exam with a short period of time.
Top ranking for private architecture college in Kerala, comparatively less fees than other colleges.you have to pass nata entrance exam for admission. Cutoff for keam b.arch is about 380 for general category. Faculties of the college is good. college campus is small. college programmes conducting here is mid, didn't have any big event.

I written NATA exam and qualified for design course in this college so after applying in KEAM college selection i had being selected to this college.The selection will be referred base on the option you selected the category you belong the mark you had obtain .Nata , design exams , jee main paper 2 exams etc can be write.For architecture students Nata exam are compulsory and for management seat there will be a interview and examination and they will be screening out based on that.

It’s through entrance examinations basically, either through KSDAT or NATA. And it would help if you have 60% and above in your 12th grade. I approached THiNC coaching for the same and received great guidance from them.

All the faculties are professors who have taken their masters from very high end colleges and to top it off the senior faculties have their own studio where they work and do projects outside so they do help out a real world perspective together with the teaching process
The college doesn’t have any particular goods but the bad aspects actually do stand out such as the erratic course structure The subjective marking and discrimination of the faculty etcc I took computer science as my 11th and 12th biards as I needed to submit my physics chemistry and maths grades along with my NATA scores on the keam site For barch you don’t need to write any other exams than NATA

One of the best design collage in Kerala. I have attended interviews and group discussion before admission. Entrance test is required for admission. NATA or KSDAT exam is accepted. I prepared for nata exam only.

Highest package is Rs.30000/- you should pass every semester and should have brilliant portfolio of your works. i am going for masters after this programe.
i wanted to join a college nearby my place; so that it is convenient for my parents to come for any emergencies. There were no group discussions, nor interviews neither written test other than entrance exam conducted by coa.
Read Full ReviewThe fees are a little bit too much according to the duration of each semester. The curriculum is good and ok for the students but the time given to complete one semester is so short that the students may feel it a little bit hectic. The faculty members are very nice and approachable at any time during college hours and afterwards for discussion and doubts.
This college is in the top 5 list of best architectural colleges in Kerala. They have an interview before joining the college which includes various tasks also to test the student's ability. The approach of the faculty and the management were good during the time of admission.
Read Full ReviewI have always loved to decorate spaces, and do DIYs and wallarts. Together I had an ambition of becoming a designer. Faculties are quite highly qualified. Theory exams are quite less and so difficulty happens when jury dates approach.
Being a good reputed college, and getting a merit in the same college, I didn’t have to think of any other college. I had an interview at first and being a Covid student, the whole admission process was done online. After that, I had my NATA exams done and later got admission in the same.
