GASC Gobichettipalayam Admission latest updates:

• TANCET 2024 for MBA & MCA will be conducted on March 2024, for MTech, ME, M.Arch & M.Plan course.

GASC Gobichettipalayam offers B.Sc., BA, B.Com, BBA and BCA programs at the undergraduate level and M.Sc., MA, M.Com and MCA program at the postgraduate level.

• B.Sc, B.A., and BBA Admission at the undergraduate level are done on the basis of merit in the qualifying exam. To be eligible for admission, candidates must have passed the higher secondary or 10+2 in the relevant stream from a recognized board with at least 40% marks in the particular subject.
• B.Com admissions are granted to candidates who have passed 10+2 exams with at least one commerce subject whereas admission to BA is given to Candidates having passed the 10+2 exam or any equivalent exam in any stream. Admission to each course is given based on merit in the qualifying examination.
• For PGDCA and MA admission, candidates must hold Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. However, for admission to M.Sc and M.Com courses, candidates must have completed B.Sc. from a recognized University and must have passed B.Com or BBA respectively. MA/ M.Sc. / M.Com. /PGDCA admission is purely based on merit scored in previous degree examinations.
• For admission to MCA, candidates need to qualify for TANCET conducted by Anna University. To be eligible for MCA admission, candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in IT/ CS or BCA and should have studied Mathematics in 10+2 or Graduation level.
• M.Phil and Ph.D. admissions are based on merit scored by the candidate in the written test and interview conducted by Bharathiar University. However, candidates who have qualified CSIR NET/UGC NET/ GATE exam are exempted from the entrance test but should appear for GD/PI round. To be eligible for admission, candidates need to hold a Master's degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks.
