Course Curriculum Overview:

I have always been fascinated by cooking and The culinary arts course was exactly what I was looking for, it's a specialised course in which cooking is the main focus rather than all the departments of a hotel. The teaching method is both traditional as well as via presentation and practical learning as well.

Remarks:

The admission process was very smooth and they were even helpful with the documentation process and overall the campus is quite well and the infrastructure is very well maintained. There's a lot of facilities including, gym, swimming pool, Cafe, proper cafeteria and such. The staff is very professional and quite helpful and it's been a pleasurable experience.
