Unlike engineering, there are no companies hiring doctors as such but you can do an internship in the college & learn patient & clinic management to get a job outside easily...There's no stipend for an internship

Internships are mandatory, you can transfer to another college if you want but 1 year of internship with min 75% attendance. Each department is required to get a degree certificate The stipend depends on the college. Most private colleges don't provide any stipend
