GVMC Vellore is a medical college established in 2005. It is affiliated with The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University. The college is recognized by MCI.

GVMC offers MBBS as its flagship course. The fee for MBBS is INR 90.37K. The eligibility criteria is that the candidate must have passed 10+2 with science stream and Biology as the compulsory subject with 50% marks from a recognized board or school.
