All About Prism College

What I Liked

I Iike the infratructure of our college in which we have huge classrooms and huge seminar halls for seminar and presentations.We have to give seminar twice a week.
I like the campus life too because we have projects, Internships, Seminar which develop our skills and personality with experience

What I didn’t like

The thing i dont like in our college is we dont have a big playground where many students can play and have fun
Other thing is that we do not have a good placements which offer good packages like 4 ot 5LPA.

Placement Experience:

The eligibility criteria for placements is 60% in our degree course. Some of our recruiters are Concentrix, Wns, Wipro, Pulses, Tech Mahindra The highest package is 3LPa and the average is 1.5LPa for Wns and Pulses. Percentage of students getting placements is 30%. My plan is to Crack the upsc cse and I am taking coaching in Delhi right now.

Internships Opportunities:

We have plenty of internships in the 2nd year and 3rd years and We get internships Concentrix, Placement Park, Mantris Hotel, Novotel, The Park, Green park and roles offered are Assistant HR, Marketing Executive and i have joined at Mantris Hotel as Assistant Hr and I got a stipend Rs 2500/-. We have social Projects Like CSR projects in which we do community surveys on various NGOs.

About PRISM DEGREE COLLEGE

What I Liked

They have a good HOD and faculty with experiences.
They also help and support the students for their projects.

What I didn’t like

The College gate will be close at shape 8:45 AM and don't allow the last comes.

Placement Experience:

They have a very huge number of placements like Amazon, Flipkart, Wipro, TCS, etc. They also support the students in their higher education by giving counselling with the help of universities like IIM, GITAM ETC.

What I Liked

I like the college timings which are 8:30 - 1:30 and Indore games available and extra curricular activities and festivals in the college
Our college has a decent infrastructure and the faculty are friendly and speak politely to the students

What I didn’t like

The college canteen is very much small compared to other colleges
Some teachers don't speak properly and behave rude with the students

Placement Experience:

There are only a few placements available in our college which depend totally on the student's skills and marks. The package offered up to 3 lakhs per annum. The percentage of the students getting placements is 30% which depends on the group and skills.

Internships Opportunities:

No, I haven't opted for any internships because I am still in the 1st year of the course the internships are available in the final year. Various internship opportunities depend on the group and course of the students.

Review about prism degree college

What I Liked

Good infrastructure. Spacious classrooms
Good faculty. Moderate campus life. Not strict but not lose also

What I didn’t like

Students doesn't attend college regularly. So it would make the other students lose interest too
Moderate college in vizag. I hope they conduct industrial visits and stuff for us

Placement Experience:

We still donno about them that well though. Internship is still going on. It quite good not bad though. And regarding placements I don't have that much idea on them. As of now they didn't give us any placements.

Internships Opportunities:

The internship is a off-line internship. Its regarding data analytics. Its quite good. It could be very helpful in the future days I guess.. soo we'll see how it's going to be.. and yeahhh. It moderate guys

Listening to a college review from the one who experienced it

What I Liked

Management is really nice they respond immediately
The surrounding of college and college environment is very peaceful and neat

What I didn’t like

Faculty is not up to the mark they should improve.
College should provide more extra co curriculum activities for students.

Placement Experience:

There are not many placements from clg and I choose to pursue CA after the course so I didn't try for any interviews so I don't really know much about our placements,jobs etcc. From what I heard through friends there are not many placements through college they choose to job hunt on their own

Internships Opportunities:

No I did a govt based internship online through the college but I didn't particularly do any other offline internships with other companies and I did not get ant stipend for the internship I did with the government online
