The Best College for Science In Hyderabad

Course Curriculum Overview:

The nature and environment of the college is very comfortable and greenery. The people who loves nature this College is the best choice for you . And the faculty is very highly educated and they use correct grammar to teach.

Remarks:

I have choose this college because it's the official science branch of the Osmania University. And it is considered as the main branch for the science students in all over Hyderabad. As I mentioned above I applied for DOST and got admission through it.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Most of the faculty had done there PhD in their respective groups and doing their thesis and had very good subject knowledge.Our department lecturers are quite good and very helpful.Two internal assessment examinations will be conducted for one academic year and an practical exam before semister starts

Saifabad heaven for science

What I Liked

The classes are spacious and well lit environment.
This is the only college that is under osmania and constituent college.

What I didn’t like

Faculty and management are not responsible.
The crowd in the college is not so good .

Placement Experience:

There is a placement cell in the college but there are no placements everyone tried to prepare for the govt exam rather than corporate industry. Students try to do MSc and further studies. Most of the students are research oriented.

Remarks:

This is the best college for science and chemistry. The good aspect is that it is a college under Osmania university. The admission process is done through DOST which is based upon intermediate marks.

What I Liked

The plus is a lush green campus and the freedom to do other things.
The environment and the flexibility of the course.

What I didn’t like

No proper college crowd and lacks interest in students in doing different things.
The faculty are not so good i would not recommend their standards are so low and neither caring about a student.

Placement Experience:

There are no placements in the college and not even any job opportunities. Most of the time the students prepare for government exams and they succeed in it too. Most of the students also concentrate on doing an MSc.

Remarks:

The course geology is only available in certain colleges and this is one of them. The selection was based on intermediate marks and there was no specific entrance or written exam so we can directly apply.

College for Knowledge.....

What I Liked

College infrastructure is bit old but the college campus is very spacious with greenery which you would enjoy the most
Faculty are good with their respective subjects. They do lend support for any activity.

What I didn’t like

Placements are not that great which is a drawback
Old blocks are really not well maintained which should be taken care of.

Placement Experience:

Placement cell is somewhat okay. Its not regular but you can visit the main OU campus for placements. Placement cell gives information about any jobs which is a good thing. But we shouldnt expect much and its better to try from our side.

Remarks:

This college is osmania university constituent college and that is the reason i chose this college as it is a reputed one. Admission was through DOST application which is based on intermediate score and i had applied for this college followed by others and luckily i got into this.
