Yes, I have applied for an internship under senior advocates but it seems it takes some time to get a fresh start, during our course we completed 10 internships at 10 different places and this level of internship under law depends on the place and people guiding you some may give you tasks like office work but that too like exams question and imposition and some part we didn't have to do much because there was nothing particular just attend and mark attendance, because most of them were done through government institutions so we have to attend for 14 days that the only condition for rest they're part of teaching or task completion goes to their will and time.
