Eligibility Criteria For Calicut University PhD Admission 2025

Candidates applying for PhD admission at Calicut University must meet the following eligibility requirements:-

  • Candidates must hold a 4-year bachelor’s degree and a 1-year master’s degree, both with a minimum of 55% marks.
  • Candidates with a 3-year bachelor’s degree should have completed a 2-year master’s degree, both with at least 55% marks.
  • Applicants possessing an MPhil degree (earned before 2023) with a minimum of 55% marks are eligible to apply.

Calicut University PhD admissions 2025 will consider 70% weightage for entrance exam scores or normalized UGC JRF scores and 30% for the interview.
