This is completely subjective

What I Liked

The Campus provides exposure to diversity interms of screening films and making films
The administration is not that good but anyway The student unity is a plus mark

What I didn’t like

The food quality is not that good and there are less options also
They don't provide AC in hostels and this makes the students life very difficult during the sumer because the kolkata heat is unbearable

Remarks:

I was always interested in filmmaking and while I was pursuing becoming a professional in Sound Recording SRFTI became one of the most recognized institutions in India. If you want to get admission to SRFTI for any course, You have to attend the JET exam( Joined Entrance Test) which is common for both FTII and SRFT. Based on that they will publish a list, Those students have to attend the orientation and interview, and based on this, both colleges will publish a rank list. The cutoff will vary from year to year and the orientation and interview will be mostly subjective to each individual
