KK Wagh Education Society Courses and Fees

Students have more than 100 programmes to choose from across KKWES's 41+ institutions. These cover engineering, agriculture, pharmacy, management, science, arts and teacher education. The table gives course durations, entry requirements and total fees.

The MBA's four specialisations are Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management and Operations Management. For the eligibility requirements above, PCM means Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics; PCB means Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

KK Wagh Education Society Admission Process

The admission route depends on the programme. Engineering, management, pharmacy and MCA applicants use the relevant centralised counselling process, while several general degree courses select students through Class 12 marks. Institute-level direct admission is also available for specified programmes.

B.Tech Admission at KKWIEER

MHT-CET or JEE Main scores determine merit for engineering admission through DTE Maharashtra's Centralised Admission Process (CAP). KKWIEER also admits students directly against institute-level and NRI quota seats.

• Applicants must pass 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The minimum is 45% for the Open Category and 40% for reserved categories.
• A score in MHT-CET or JEE Main is needed for entrance-based selection.
• The selection sequence covers score-based merit, online CAP Rounds 1 to 3, document checks, fee payment and admission confirmation.

1. Meet the Class 12 subject and marks requirements and obtain an MHT-CET or JEE Main score.
2. Take part in DTE Maharashtra's online CAP, where entrance scores determine merit.
3. Complete document verification during the admission process.
4. Pay the required fee and confirm admission.

Agriculture Admission

MPKV's centralised admission system handles entry to B.Sc Agriculture, B.Sc Horticulture and B.Tech Agricultural Engineering. The agriculture admission requirements include 10+2 study in PCB or Agriculture, with the following course-specific conditions.

• B.Sc Agriculture and B.Sc Horticulture applicants need 10+2 with PCB or Agriculture and an aggregate of 50%.
• B.Tech Agricultural Engineering requires 10+2 with PCM or Agriculture, an aggregate of 45%, and MHT-CET.

MBA Admission

Applicants can use CMAT, MAT, CAT or MAHCET scores for MBA admission through DTE Maharashtra's MBA CAP process. Graduation marks must be at least 50%, or 45% for reserved categories.

Admission Routes by Course

The following table brings together the entrance requirements and admission channels for the main course groups.

B.Pharm applicants follow Maharashtra's DTE Pharmacy CAP. Selection for BBA, B.Com, BA and B.Sc uses HSC, or Class 12, marks through the relevant university portals. MCA applicants enter through DTE MCA CAP using MAHCET MCA or NIMCET scores.

KK Wagh Education Society Placements

Campus hiring for engineering and management graduates is coordinated by KKWIEER's placement cell. In recent recruitment seasons, the highest offer reached INR 22 LPA, while the average stood at INR 5.97 LPA. LPA means lakhs per annum.

Deloitte, IBM, Amazon, Bosch and Pfizer are among the main recruiters. Most campus placements into IT services, analytics and product engineering roles go to graduates of Computer Engineering, AI and Data Science, and IT. Pharmacy and biotechnology graduates are recruited by Pfizer and other pharmaceutical companies.

Agribusiness employers, food processing businesses, government agricultural extension services and state agricultural departments are common destinations for KKW agriculture graduates. In Nashik's agribusiness corridor, fresh B.Sc Agriculture graduates receive starting salaries of INR 2.5 LPA to INR 4 LPA.

KK Wagh Education Society Campus and Infrastructure

All engineering departments operate from KKWIEER's 60-acre main campus at Amrutdham, Nashik. Facilities include an Innovation Centre and Idea Lab, centrally air-conditioned laboratories, a central library, seminar halls and a sports complex. Students also have access to a medical centre, transport services and a green gymnasium.

Separate hostel blocks provide space for 368 male students and 225 female students. Hostel charges go up to INR 63,300 per year.

Across Nashik city and Niphad tehsil, the agriculture campuses use six working farms for practical study in agriculture, horticulture and agribusiness. Performing arts students have dedicated studios and stage facilities at the K.K. Wagh Kala Academy.

The annual events calendar includes a CEO Meet, an HR Summit and the K.K. Wagh Expo, which has run since 2003.

KK Wagh Education Society Scholarships

Merit scholarships are available through KKWES. Eligible students can also seek support under Maharashtra government and central government schemes. The awards and their conditions are outlined below.

Students from reserved categories and economically weaker sections should complete MahaDBT registration before the annual deadline, which usually falls in November. Within the society, the K.K. Wagh Guru Shishya Competition has recognised academic and co-curricular achievement since 1993.

KK Wagh Education Society, Sinhgad TES and VIT Pune Comparison

Students considering leading private B.Tech options in Maharashtra often compare KKWES with Sinhgad Technical Education Society and VIT Pune. All three are large private institutions with engineering as a major area of study.

Among these options, VIT Pune has stronger placement outcomes and the higher NAAC grade of A+. Its location gives it access to Pune's concentration of corporate employers. Sinhgad TES combines a comparable fee range with a strong alumni presence across Maharashtra.
