ISME School of Management and Entrepreneurship Mumbai was established in 2006 by alumni of Carnegie Mellon University, Purdue University, and Wharton Business School, USA. It is affiliated with Atlas Skilltech University. ISME is a part of the NVT Group and is recognized by the UGC. It is also a member of the AIU. It offers BBA, BSc, and MBA, at the UG and PG levels. ISME School of Management and Entrepreneurship Ranking by Times of India was 30th among the top BBA Institutes in 2024.

ISME Mumbai offers MBA as its flagship course in several specializations like Marketing, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Business Analytics, Digital Marketing, and Advertising. To be eligible for admission, candidates must secure at least 50% marks in Graduation from any AIU-recognized university. The candidates must also appear for GMAT, CAT, NMAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, or Atlas Aptitude Test. The final selection will be based on the Group Discussion and past academic performance. The NMAT cutoff is 200 marks for MBA admission. The ISME Mumbai fee for an MBA is INR 10.45 lakhs.

ISME School of Management and Entrepreneurship Placements 2023-25 concluded with the average package ranging between INR 7.5 LPA to INR 8 LPA. Some recruiters were EY, Deloitte, Acuity Knowledge Partners, AoN, Federal Bank and many more.
