My Engineering college experiance

What I Liked

I like college infrastructure mostly and hostel campus
I also like college faculty senior and and all other friend very most.

What I didn’t like

Ther is not any gym in our college so this thing.
There is no any shopping mall near the college.

Placement Experience:

55 percent campus palecement in the college this is increase year by year our placement in the college and also help in the internship program to the student by the college faculty.after competing corse u can choose other carrier option by your mind

Remarks:

This college is government college and in the rank so I like this college and college is also near Patna so also I decide to admision in this college. I clear jee to admision in this college under Bihar goverment.

The life at Government Engineering College Vaishali.

What I Liked

College infrastructure is decent it has many building and grounds.
Faculty are good but principal is very supportive.
Campus life will be awesome if you will opt for its hostel otherwise decent.

What I didn’t like

The most disliked thing about this college is that there is more priority of the facility of Civil branch then other branch faculty.
Hostel building should have more seats beacuse major number of students is not getting hostel.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not up to the marks. But by getting the degree and learing some industrial skills you can opt for off campus drives. KK pvt. Ltd. Gulati automation Tata Motors. Icon power solution Pvt. Ltd.

Remarks:

You can give JEE main exam or BCECE exam to get this college through councelling according to your rank in these exam. The good aspects of this college is that it is very affordable. The bad aspects of this college is that it is situated in Bihar and bihar has very less industrial areas. So very less number of on-campus opportunities you will get.

Genuine view of GECV

What I Liked

The infrastructure of my college is very good and beautiful. There is a proper space containing large ground for outdoor games, separate labs and classes for each departments, perfect environment to sit and study in the library.
All faculty members in my college are supportive. They always helps us to figure out any difficult situation with proper solutions. They always listen to us and guide us in every situation. Our principal sir is also very kind and always helps us in every situation.

What I didn’t like

The day scholar in my college faces problem sometimes to reach the college as our college doesn't provide transport facilities. Sometimes students don't get vehicles and they have to cover the distance from chowk to the college by foot. They face difficulties as sometime they didn't reach on time.
Second thing is the placement ratio is low here. Companies do visit here but only selective students get hired. Students get equal opportunities to participate. For getting hired, one have to build skills and participate.

Placement Experience:

Frankly speaking, the placement ratio of our college is not too high but the companies do visit here and hire some of the selective students. The TPO provides us with training and all the important information about companies. Students of pre-final and final years are eligible to participate in college placement. The highest package in our college is approximately 12-13 lacs per annum. The average package is approximately 3 LPA. Some of the companies that visited our college are Byju's, TCS, Teachnook, HCL, Gulati Auto Electricals, Ecospace, etc. My plan after getting the degree is to pursue an M.Tech and go for higher studies so that I can grow and learn in depth.

Remarks:

The beautiful infrastructure of my college and the low fee structure with quality education are the main reasons I chose this college. There is a regular visit of companies for placement in my college. The students after scoring a good percentile in JEE MAINS can directly be admitted to this college whereas the students after qualifying diploma in engineering are directly admitted to the second year after giving and qualifying for the lateral entry examination. There is no group discussion or interview tests held for taking admissions.

Indescribable time

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is good and the level of curriculum is tough and yes faculties is far better than other colleges. faculties clear the concept and provide better teaching experience. Scholarship is provided by the state government.

Remarks:

Yes, I give entrance exam and qualify the exam and then on the basis of merit we selected the college and then take admission. College is not to much better but all the facilities which I had required every thing is present in the college. Overall good experience.

Interesting Fact about GEC VAISHALI

What I Liked

The College infrastructure is good and it is in development phase so many new things will be added up because it is a new college under DST Bihar.
Campus life is good and various sports event happens on regular basis. there are also sports facilities provided in college as Basketball court, volleyball court, cricket net, Badminton court, etc.

What I didn’t like

It is situated in rural area, so the market is far from the hostel.
There are not any medical facilities available nearby so in emergency situation there is very much problem.

Placement Experience:

many companies visit the campus as TCS and Tech Mahindra and give offers in our college. In recent Tech Mahindra has hired 20 students. the highest package is 12 Lpa and the average is approx. 3 Lpa. 50 to 60 % of people get placed on campus or out campus.

Remarks:

Yes, first of all, you have to qualify for the JEE (mains) examination, then after that, you will be eligible to be admitted to this college through "BCECE". In this college, there are 7 branches- CSE, CSE(IOT), ECE, ECE(ACT), EE, CE, AND ME. The college infrastructure is very good, and the professors are also very well qualified day by day college is improving in infrastructure as well as in academics. Recently our college has been approved for M. TECH also. regularly there are technical as well as cultural fest are organized. If your percentile is low and your family income is not very good then definitely choose to join this college. The Government of Bihar is trying very well to promote and support engineers to become successful entrepreneurs.

What I Liked

College Infrastructure is top notch , Faculty is also good . I like my college as it is the fastest growing college under Bihar Engineering University Patna.
Campus Life is also good . Student gets all the sports facilities

What I didn’t like

The only thing is dislike about this college is that the placement opportunities is provided less
Other thing is that it is mandatory to make 75% attendance

Placement Experience:

As the college is new placement and internship opportunity is very less but it is increasing year by year. This year's Highest package offered was 22 LPA and average is 3-3.5 LPA , mostly service based company comes to hire students , which includes TCS , HCL etc. I am planning to go for off campus placement and internship

Remarks:

Given JEE Mains Exam based on number scored a merit list was drawn by BCECEB board in which I got a UR rank of 3277 and category rank of 1289 . Based on my UR rank of 3277 I got Seat is CSE(IOT) in first round of counselling. Fees is lower which is only 50000 for four years and as there is large number of seat I got this college.
