Promises Innovation, Lacks Execution

What I Liked

The events and the curriculum activities which are conducted by our college.
The faculty members are very helpful and they really solve many problems that we face in college.

What I didn’t like

Our college take advance semester fees which is not fair because they don't conduct the exams.
The classes are very small, because my college doesn't have their own place . They have rented one floor to run a college which is very unprofessional. The place is very small for whole college.

Hostel Facilities:

Our college doesn't provide any hostel or PG . The students who come from another state they stay in rented flat or house by their own. Our college doesn't take any responsibility for them. And also my college doesn't have any canteen, we have to go out of the campus for having food. I am mentioning the rent amount which my friend give to stay in a flat.

Campus Life:

Only the best thing that happened in my college is the events and curriculum activities. My college has different clubs for photography, modeling, drawing, sculpturing, make up and etc. Sports club conduct a huge annual sports event every year. And the social events are conducted by the different clubs, the seniors do their best to make every event possible.

IAER means beauty

Campus Life:

We have a library in which we get the books which we want. There are sufficient books in our library, beside we can do our study in our library. The environment of the library is so calm . Just a awesome college.

My college and my experience

What I Liked

The main thing I like about my college is it's infrastructure and campus as it is in the middle of salt Lake sector 5 I can get more exposure and experience about the corporate world and my field
Secondly I like the college events and seminars organised by the college like from the seminar where we can know so many things from the highly qualified and respected famous intellectual persons

What I didn’t like

Things I dislike about my college is it's management because the way they handle students is so bad that they recently removed the student support department from the college that's why the students who are from out of west bengal or out of Kolkata they have to suffer
Another thing is that many teachers are leaving the college in middle of ongoing semester that this affect the education of students the college gave replacement for the teacher who leaves the college but students have to face suffer for adjusting with the new teacher and his style of teaching in middle of semester
Another thing I dislike about my college is the irregularity of classes and wrong timing of giving notes or notice to the students like times the college management gave a notice in so late that most of students have to face problems for it

Hostel Facilities:

At the beginning of my college life I was staying in a pg in Salt Lake sector 5 that was near my college so it was easy to go college from pg just 30 minutes of walking distance but as my pg was located in the middle of the city that's why cost of living was high there was everything available but at a high price so I chose to move to another place which would be more pocket friendly and cost efficient so I moved to sonapur and now currently I am leaving in sonapur another reason for leaving my pg was the food they provide in Pg that so bad that most of the time I have to go outside for a better food option

Campus Life:

As our college is in Kolkata so our most of the fests and events are on the Durga Puja and diwali time like in September and October but beside this our college also organise many fest on Many different times like prom night, fairwell party, seminars etc in different times in a academic year.

Review for the college Institute of advanced education and knowledge (IAER) KOLKATA

What I Liked

The faculty member's are very helpful in all aspects and very humble
The campus is so vibrant and located in proper salt lake sector 5

What I didn’t like

There is nothing to be hate about the college
I only think sometimes the ac makes us feel that I have reached to some cold city

Campus Life:

It has an amazing campus full of greenery and we have a lot of programs and competitions in our college which hold the greatest interest. There are many clubs and groups as well such as sports groups cultural groups etc.
