Have good knowledge before judging

What I Liked

College have very good environment and have much peace , faculties are very friendly and helps with the doubts and all
We don't have records but have assignments which make our time to be available for other activities

What I didn’t like

Don't have many events qnd the climate is not that friendly as it is humid region

Placement Experience:

Placements are all about the student's performance the placements are centralized here and one should write the entrance exam as in every placement and according to the interview, things will be taken care of. The height placement is of 56.5lpa.

Remarks:

The admission process will be taken through jee-mains and through the Amrita entrance exam AEEE which will be conducted. To prepare for this basic knowledge should be sufficient but will be a bit difficult

What I Liked

Acedamics are very well managed. Care towards the studends
The way of teaching and giving practical knowledge through labs

What I didn’t like

The infrastructure is not completly built
Fests are not celebrated, and the quality of food and only single canteen is available

Placement Experience:

As it is compulsory to start in 2022, there is no placement given on the campus. As it is a new campus there is a chance of getting placements with good packages. As Amrita has a brand value the percentage of placements will also be high.

Remarks:

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeeth University is a symbol of discipline. All the students are equally treated here. Coming to the Amaravathi campus, The infrastructure is not finished but coming to academics the faculty is giving their best. They have a library, air-conditioned classrooms, clubs, and labs and also conduct sports. Faculty who has PhD's from NIT's and IIT's. Academically this is one of the best campuses of Amrita. The hostel is very well maintained, even the bathrooms are maintained. The food served is a 2.5/5 and only veg is served and eggs( occasionally). Coming to the flaws, not many extracurricular activities like fests or programs just because it's a new campus and only one basic canteen is available for the whole college. Academically it is one of the best campuses and a good place to graduated.

The insiders point of view

Course Curriculum Overview:

The fees are over-rated, because if u don't have a scholarship you are supposed to pay 6,00,000/- per year for 4 years. But if u do write AEEE and then get a good score, there are many scholarships u can look into, they put u into slabs, if you are in slab 1 then u need to pay -1,00,000 per year, if slab 2 then 2,00,000. If slab 3 then 3,00,000, and if slab 4 then full fees. Facilities are not well settled yet, because we are the first batch in this new campus so they are taking some time to adjust, as per curriculum is very beneficial and well executed

Remarks:

Actually yes, we had a college entrance exam for our college, which is named AEEE, I got 95% in it, so I got a scholarship fund, also my college is known to have education along with Indian roots. We are taught both education and ethics, and that is something very much needed these days.

The life at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham Amaravati Campus

What I Liked

I mainly like the quality in education in my college which having computation. The grip in coding is good all the students know minimum a coding language which is the basic for cs student. They conduct the hackerthons for the price money which encourages the students for skill.

What I didn’t like

Infrastructure because its under construction so the students who enjoy the campus life may disappoint for this point.
Campus life because its having uniforms and strict rules which may disturb students campus life.

Placement Experience:

Yes, it's very good for placement if you are from computer science student it's very good placement in campus the average package for CS students is around 9 lpa to 10 lpa if you are skilled you can get a job in top MNCs visiting campus. The placement will happen for the whole Amrita campus at a time gathering in Coimbatore all students have the opportunity to place but it depends on our skill and communication. The companies that visit campus are TCS, amazon, google, Info, bosh, Beloit, Microsoft, etc but they are the top recruiters.

Remarks:

I had attempted multiple university exams like vit, Manipal, srm and I got a seat in almost all universities but the fee was too high so I decided to join Amrita with 2nd slab so that I could pay a tuition fee of 175000 out of 300000 I think its a good choice.

Good college in AP

Course Curriculum Overview:

Good way of teaching nice and well trained faculty the difficulty level of term exams are moderate to high the fees will depends on cgpa if your cgpa is low then you mr fee will hiked. So working hard is good to get a high cgpa

Remarks:

Good faculty and getting a seat in this college is hard if you got seat in any campus better to go the way the placement are held is good and provide quality education. Good environment in college and hostel nice hospitality is maintained in the college and hostel

What I Liked

I like the way of teaching in my college .Teachers are very friendly with us .

What I didn’t like

Due to new campus, infrastructure is not very good .

Placement Experience:

Ours is a new campus it is situated at Amaravati. But our placement is centralized which means all branches of our college will be the same highest package of our college is about 53L and the average package is about 10L per year.

Remarks:

Amrita University is known for its values and culture college is very good but when it comes to infrastructure it's okay. The college is not fully constructed. But the people around me are very good. I had a great time with them
