Colleges provide useless internship opportunities it is only done to give the internship certificate. If you get placement in the company you completed you get the salary of only 15000 per month I am considering doing an internship on my own. College does not provide internships with popular pharmaceutical companies.

The guidance that I received from my Program Manager was helpful for me to navigate the process of the internship. During the internship, I enjoyed discussions with my internship mentor on the various topics related to Microfinance. This internship helped me gain valuable skills such as crafting business plans and effective communication, which have contributed to my personal and professional development.

College has given internship at the start of 3rd year but when we went finding a internship and we also got in a company called REMIDEX PHARMA they were ready to take us for internship but the principal didn't give us permission letter for silly reasons as we were going to internship for our skill development but they say internship is not important according to them
