Mar Gregorios College of Law in my POV

What I Liked

The college campus is very eco friendly.
The faculty is friendly and is easier to engage with.

What I didn’t like

The study curriculum is a bit difficult.
We used to have a bigger canteen but now the canteen shifter to a smaller area which is now very crowded and difficult to chill in.

Placement Experience:

The college does have a placement program to law firms. But I don't have much knowledge on that. The but course offers a wide variety of employment options too. You can either go for the usual law practice or you also can go for law advisors in companies or work in a law firms.

Internships Opportunities:

The curriculum has mandatory intership requirements. Each year we have to do any 5 from the given list of interships. It's usually in government offices or law related offices. It does not have a stipend because it is a study requirement.

5 years in law school

Placement Experience:

Placements courses does take place in the collge and and placement programs are also provided in the college only few students are being placed in amall companies with low salary package and bonds for two years

Internships Opportunities:

Yes but not provided from college we itself should find the places to do internships and 10 to 14 internships and a total of 140 days of internship must be completed with in 5 years of the course for the graduation

My campus

What I Liked

The campus has a very good academic excellence which attract the students.
The campus provide very good and highly educated and talented faculty members.

What I didn’t like

The campus provide very low placement for the students.
The campus is little bit far way from the main road which is very difficult for the students.

Placement Experience:

The campus is provide very less placement for the students most of them after completion of course they mainly focuse on court practice and some of them will be employed in companies and banks. After completion of course i have focused on practice.

Internships Opportunities:

I have done internship in NGOS police station women's commission corporation disaster management etc we have study about the legal procedures followed by this associations the campus provide internship opportunity for the students the associations are not provided the stipends

College you need to know more.

What I Liked

Colleges having a good infrastructure facilities having minimum of one toilet facility for students in each floor and girls common, infirmary for illl students.
Well educated experience faculty is observing a good training for students to face the university examinations and also other kind of competitions.

What I didn’t like

It is very difficult for students who were using public transport facilities to reach the college. About 25 minutes is minimum needed to be in walk on from the public transport road to the college which has been situated in some how far in Ivanios Nagar.

Placement Experience:

They used to connect placements for every last year students and there are job opportunities but it comparatively less which students get place to the placement process from our college. Banks, Law firms etc are contating placements

Internships Opportunities:

State consumer redressal Commission, MACT Neyyatinkara, Aryanad Village and panchayth.Colleges compulsory given criteria of about a student need to do they internships in minimum 10 institutions.It is very important for a law student to think beyond books and bare acts.
