AIBE 20 Eligibility Criteria
Applicants who wish to sit for the AIBE 2026 exam must meet the AIBE 2026 eligibility requirements as specified by the BCI. The AIBE eligibility criteria are as follows:
- Educational Qualification - Graduation in Law (5-year LLB and 3-year LLB) from a recognized university.
- Age limit - There is no age limit to apply for the AIBE exam.
- Enrollment certificate- Candidates should be enrolled as advocates with their respective State Bar Councils, under Section 24 (1) (f) of the Advocates Act, 1961. They are required to clear the AIBE exam within 2 years of enrollment at any of the state bar councils.

AIBE 2026 Answer Key
After the conduction of the AIBE exam, BCI will publish the provisional AIBE 20 answer key. Candidates can download the AIBE answer key from the official website and crosscheck their responses to calculate their rough scores in the AIBE 20 exam. Candidates will also be allowed to raise objections against the AIBE answer key. The final AIBE 20 answer key will be released after taking into consideration the objections raised by the candidates. The final AIBE answer key cannot be challenged.
