NMIMS NPAT 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Candidate must satisfy the minimum eligibility criteria for NMIMS NPAT 2026. If the candidate fails to do so, their application can be rejected at any time during the examination process. The eligibility criteria for the NMIMS NPAT exam are given below:
- Candidate should have passed class 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized board.
- For BBA (International Studies), the candidate should have secured a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate in any stream. Candidates who do not have English as their first language or do not have 70% or more marks in English subjects should also have a minimum IELTS score of 6.0, and a TOEFL score of 80 or equivalent.
- Candidates who have passed 10+2 or equivalent from International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB Certificate or DP or CP) should have 24 credits and have passed 3 subjects at Higher Level and 3 subjects at Standard Level from any stream.
- Candidates of CBSE/ ICSE should have passed all the subjects at 10+2 level in a single attempt and also have to mention all the details (subjects taken/ appeared for and aggregate marks) while filling out the NPAT application form.
- The maximum age limit for NPAT-appearing candidates is 25 years.
- Candidates in their final 10+2 or equivalent examination are eligible to apply for the exam. However, they must meet the minimum NMIMS NPAT eligibility criteria and produce all the necessary documents in original within the given stipulated time.

NMIMS NPAT 2026 Admit Card
After the completion of scheduling the exam, the NMIMS NMAT Admit card is generated for each registered candidate. Candidates can download their admit card by logging in to their Dashboard. The NPAT admit card contains details such as the candidates’ photograph, chosen date of examination, test city, and test center.
A candidate is required to carry their admit card (Soft/ hard copy) to the test center for verification. The staff at the test center will compare the photograph of the candidate on the admit card with the person appearing for the NPAT exam. Candidates also need to carry any one ID proof (Voter ID/ passport/ Aadhaar Card/ Driving License/ class 12th Admit Card/ PAN card) in original and photocopy to the test center.

Knowing the NPAT exam pattern plays a pivotal role while preparing for the examination. The exam paper of NPAT contains 120 objective types of questions divided in three major sections. According to the official notification released by the NMIMS, the NPAT syllabus comprises of three sections. Each section in the syllabus has equal weightage and several topics. Candidates are required to prepare all the topics that fall under the following sections:

NMIMS NPAT 2026 Result
After the MNIMS NPAT result are declared on the official website of the institute in the form of a merit list. Candidates can download their results by logging into their accounts using their email ID and password. The NMIMS NPAT merit list is prepared based on candidates’ performance in the examination. Decisions taken by the institute will be considered final in this regard without entertaining any inquiries or correspondence. Candidates who are shortlisted in the NMIMS NPAT merit list are called for the counselling process.
NMIMS NPAT 2026 Counselling Process
The NMIMS conducts NPAT counselling process in online mode. The selected candidates receive an offer letter from the respective institute. Based on their NPAT Admission letter, candidates are required to submit the admission along with all the necessary documents. After verifying the documents, the NMIMS will release a fee deposit notice for all selected candidates along with the RTGS or NEFT details.
