The Degree Online Services, Telangana (TS DOST) is an online portal that streamlines undergraduate admissions across Telangana's universities. The TS DOST admission procedure for the academic year 2025-26 will begin in May 2025, with the official announcement and registration forms will be available on the official website: dost.cgg.gov.in.

Candidates must have cleared the entrance exam conducted by the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (BIETS) or an affiliated body. The admissions process is divided into three steps, allowing candidates to secure seats in their desired courses and colleges. 

How to Fill TS DOST Application 2025

To register for DOST 2025, you will need to register on the official DOST website with your phone number and email id. You will need to upload the scanned images of all the documents. You will also have to pay a TS DOST application fee to complete the process. Here is a step-by-step guideline on how to fill TS DOST Application 2025:

• Visit the official portal of TS DOST i.e., dost.cgg.gov.in
• On the left side of the homepage, select the tab ‘candidate pre-registration.
• Enter your details like your name, qualifying exam, date of birth, hall ticket number, Aadhar number, mobile number, father’s name and then click on ‘Aadhar authentication’ Button.
• OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP details.
• Your DOST ID will be then generated. A 6 Digit unique DOST Pin will be sent to your mobile number. Keep a note of it as future logins can be done by the pin number. Remember that your DOST ID and DOST Pin will be different and you will need both to login.
• Select ‘Proceed for Payment’ and pay the required registration fee. You can pay the fee via UPI, Debit Card, or Credit Card.
• After payment, login to the DOST portal with your unique DOST ID and DOST PIN and upload the scanned copies of all the required documents, contact details, and your 10+2 marks.
• If you want to fix mistakes or make changes in your DOST Application Form then select ‘Preview’ and make the changes.
• Click on submit to submit your DOST 2025 application form.
• You will receive an auto-generated message once your application is accepted.
• Now, for the counselling process, select the web options when the window opens and choose the institutions of your choice.
• You will have to provide combination subjects for different CBCS priorities. Click on the option ‘Save Web Options with CBCS’
• ‘Your submitted web options were saved successfully’ will be generated which means the process was successful.

What if I lose my DOST ID?

In the unforeseen event that you have lost your DOST ID then you can follow the below-mentioned steps to retrieve the ID:

• Visit the official website at dost.cgg.gov.in, and select “Resend PIN/ Forgot” at the candidate login portal.
• Enter your DOST login ID and captcha and submit the option ‘Resend Pin’
• A new unique DOST PIN will be sent to the registered mobile number.

What is TS DOST Application Fee?

You will have to pay an application fee while registering your application for DOST 2025. The amount across all three phases of TS DOST is not uniform. The registration fee after the pre-registration process is INR 200 while for Phase II and Phase III, the registration fee is INR 400.

How Can I Pay DOST Application Fee?

You can pay DOST Application Fee online through internet banking/debit card/credit card. In case, there is a failure of payment but the money is deducted then usually it gets credited back to your account. If not, then contact your bank for details. Once you have successfully paid your DOST application fee, the registration process for that particular phase will be completed.

• Visit the official site of TS DOST at dost.cgg.gov.in
• Login using your unique DOST ID and six digit DOST PIN.
• Click on the option that shows ‘Web Options’
• The screen will now display two options i.e. Search by College or Search by Course. You can select either one of the options.
• Once you select, the screen will show the list of colleges and the list of courses available in participating colleges. Prioritize the courses and colleges that you are seeking.
• Select the college you want to be enrolled to in the web options as per your choice.
• Click on the ‘Save Web Options with CBCS’ after filling your web options.
• Two options will be on the screen i.e. ‘Clear Options’ that will clear your selections and ‘Save Options’ that will save your web choices.
• Select ‘Save Options’ after carefully verifying your selections and logout.
• In case, you want to edit your selections then select ‘Clear’ and ‘Fill Fresh Web Options’

How is TS DOST Seat Allotment 2025 Conducted?

DOST 2025 Seats will be allotted based on the candidate’s performances in the qualifying exam. Candidates have to choose their colleges and courses in the web options before the deadline. Once seats are allotted, candidates have to confirm the seat by reporting online during the self reporting process and by paying a seat confirmation fee.

The candidates also have to visit the college allotted to them for physical verification of the documents. Ensure that all the processes are done during the due dates or else seats are liable to be canceled.
