FIIB announces the 8th edition of its Annual Research Conference (FRC). The annual conference theme of this year is “Humanizing Businesses for a Better World of Work”. This theme is truely set by keeping the repurcussions COVID-19 has created in our lives. The conference consists of events such as Case Writing Competition Katastasi (19th Jan 2023), a Research Clinic and Doctoral Consortium focused on doctoral students- RCDC (02-03rd Feb 2023), Research Grant Competition- RGC (initial screening 14th Jan 2023), and FRC Finale (02-03 March 2023).

As the tradition continues by FIIB, FRC is enthusiastic to bring together management researchers and practitioners under one roof to plan and decide how to build on and come up with visionary measures and guidelines to an amazing new world of work. Given below are a few features which make FIIB unique and make it stand out in front of other academic conferences. 

• The Inclusive and innovative conference plan offers a vast range of opportunities for researchers, industry experts, and students to present their papers, thesis presentations, case competitions, editor’s meeting, workshops, and meetings on current issues. 
• FRC will have both papers ie. perspective paper submissions and research paper submissions. The perspective paper constitutes practical experience or which comes into practice, whereas the research paper consists of papers that involve research. 
• Though there are a number of prizes that participants can win in 25 categories, the competition also offers a huge opportunity to build networks and gain recognition. The Research Grant Competition is a quirky shark tank-style competition where participants can present their research ideas and grab awards
• The conference is curated by notable management researchers and practitioners like Prof Jacqueline Eastman- at Florida State University; Prof Jochen Wirtz- at National University Singapore; Prof Malcolm Higgs- Birmingham City University Business School; Prof N Balaji- Rennes School of Business; Prof. Radhika Shrivastava and Prof Kokil Jain from FIIB.
