FIIB offers a two-year, full-time PGDM programme with an intake of 300 students. The programme is available in 6 specialisations: Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR, Business Analytics, and Strategy or International Business.

FIIB offers Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) and Executive Fellow Programme in Management (EFPM) across various specialisations, including General Management, Strategy, Economics, Interdisciplinary Studies, Finance & Accounting, Marketing, Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, and Operations Management & Quantitative Methods.
The duration of the FPM is 3 years, while the EFPM is 4 years. Admission is based on the candidate’s performance in accepted entrance exams and the Personal Interview.

Distance degree gives plenty time to pursue other courses or even do a job. Negative aspect is that there is loss of studies no faculty support and exams are very rigorous. If a person is already doing a job or wants two degrees then he or she can ppt for distance degrees otherwise if someone wants to enjoy college life then distance education is not a good option.
