In collaboration with the Agra Development Authority, the School of Architecture and Design organized a Fashion Show. At the event, our talented students displayed garments that displayed the history of Indian fashion beautifully. Many celebrities and eminent designers attended the show, including Nehal Chaudasama, Rina Dhaka, and Sabyasachi Satpathy. A mesmerizing collection inspired by the rich tapestry of fashion history was the result of the dedication, passion, and hard work of our budding designers from KR Mangalam University.

Throughout history, fashion has played an important role in expressing society, culture, and the human spirit. Throughout history, it has blended innovation with reverence for its origins, from the lavish styles of ancient civilizations to the rebellious trends of the 20th century.

In the first day of our program, our young designers explored the annals of fashion history as well as identifying iconic trends and pioneering individuals who have contributed to this incredible industry. From the graceful elegance of the Mauryas to the audaciousness of the Harappans, they found inspiration in defining moments of different eras. During the event, the collection showcased a fusion of past and present, paying tribute to the visionaries who paved the way for modern fashion.

Fashion Show Celebrating Indian Heritage and Crafts

On the 2nd day of the program India's remarkable crafts, including Madhu Bani, Sujani, Kutch Embroidery, and Gotta Patti has presented by the students. These artistic crafts transcend mere expressions of creativity; they embody profound reflections of our cultural identity and pay homage to the dedicated artisans who have diligently safeguarded these traditions. Over the course of 25 days, the aspiring designers had the honour of collaborating with esteemed artisans, immersing themselves in the essence of each craft, and gaining invaluable insights into the artisans' distinct viewpoints. Merging their newfound knowledge with their innate creativity, the students have masterfully fashioned collections that authentically encapsulate the essence and vitality of these crafts.

CEO of the World Designing Forum was given the certificates to the students after the show and KR Mangalam University awarded by appreciation award.
